from Apothibières - cloudy lactic-orange beer with a firm persistent foam left; light metallic and grainy with notes of raisins and pears; solid but subtle carbonation, some fair malt sweetness, a decent bitterness, gently dry finish with long notes of pears, strawberries and quinces - interesting
